Ivan Chan (left), the Chief Agency Officer of Manulife (International) Limited, handling 5000 agents in Asia, committed a 30-hour Leadership communication skill with Vienne Lee. After seeing great results in mastering Mandarin communication with Chinese stakeholders, he approved extra funding to invite Vienne Lee to organize a tailor-made workshop to bring benefits to his team.
This is the bespoke Greater Bay Workshop related to Wealth Connect for Insurance giants. During the workshop, Vienne Lee demonstrated how to leverage the benefits and features of the Finance Mandarin AI platform to strengthen the use of financial Mandarin and effectively improve sales and negotiation skills.

About Ivan Chan:
Ivan Chan is Chief Agency Officer, Manulife (International) Limited, taking charge of the ongoing development of Manulife's growth-focused agency force in Hong Kong and Macau. He is also responsible for driving agency productivity and professionalism, as well as overseeing the formulation of sales incentive campaigns and sales training programs for the agency channel.
Mr. Chan was named one of the company's Global Stars of Excellence in 2015 and awarded the Asia Stars of Excellence on two prior occasions. He holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.
